If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment and your service cannot be completed in the allotted time, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and you will need to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee and your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits on every service is non-refundable. If you are a NO SHOW, you will be charged the estimated cost of your appointment and you will not be seen by our practice! Texts and other messages received outside of normal business hours are not sufficient notifications of cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS!
